The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence have released new guidlines to aid in raising awareness for women suffering from Endometriosis.

Endometriosis is a common condition where womb tissue grows outside of the womb with an estimated 1.5 million women in the UK suffering with the condition.

On average it is taking around 7.5 years for a woman to be diagnosed with edimetriosis, which has seen these new guidlines produced with clear advice on how these women should be cared for.
